عملية ايقاف الضنين حسب مصادر متطابقة، جاءت اثر شكاية تقدم بها والدي والدي المعاقة ذهنيا، تتعلق بتعرض ابنتهما للاعتداء الجنسي من طرف جارهم القاصر المذكور، متهمين هذا الأخير باستغلال وجود ابنتهما، يوم الأربعاء الأخير، في مكان خلاء لاغتصابها وهتك عرضها بالقوة.
