قضت غرفة جرائم الاموال بالدار البيضاء بإدانة رئيس جماعة مريرت اقليم خنيفرة ب 6 سنوات نافدة ..مع ارجاع الاموال المنهوبة.
كما دخل المكتب الجهوي لبني ملال خنيفرة للمنظمة المغربية لحماية المال العام كطرف مدني على الخط.
تجدر الإشارة ان قاضي التحقيق بغرفة جرائم الأموال بمحكمة الاستئناف بمدينة الدار البيضاء، اودع منذ اشهر البرلماني السابق و القيادي بحزب الاتحاد الدستوري، محمد عدال، سجن عكاشة. على خلفية الاشتباه في تورطه في قضية فساد مالي خلال فترة توليه رئاسة جماعة مريرت.
وسبق أن اعتقلت عناصر الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية التابعة لمدينة الدار البيضاء، السنة الماضية، الرئيس السابق للجماعة الترابية لمريرت محمد عدال، بخنيفرة، أمين مال مجلس المستشارين؛ واقتادته إلى مقرها للتحقيق معه، تنفيذا لتعليمات صادرة عن النيابة العامة بمحكمة جرائم الأموال بالدار البيضاء، تقضي بإحضاره بالقوة إلى مقر المحكمة بعد امتناعه عن تلبية الاستدعاءات الموجهة إليه، قصد الاستماع إليه في إطار تحقيق يتعلق بجرائم فساد مالي وإداري ببلدية مريرت إبان رئاسته للجماعة.
وجرى التحقيق أيضا في نفس القضية مع عدد من المستشارين والموظفين التابعين للجماعة.
وكان المسؤول المذكور يجمع بين عضوية مجلس المستشارين، بعد أن تم إسقاط عضويته بمقتضى حكم صادر عن المحكمة الدستورية بالرباط، بعد إقالته من طرف المحكمة الإدارية بمكناس، بمقتضى حكم قضائي مكتسب لقوة الشيء المقضي به، وهو الحكم الذي تم تأييده من طرف محكمة الاستئناف الإدارية بالرباط، بسبب الاختلالات الإدارية والمالية التي شابت الجماعة…كما كان عضوا بالجامعة الملكية المغربية لكرة القدم.
