تأجيل جديد لملف دنيا باطما وشقيقتها

قررت غرفة الجنايات الإستئنافية بمحكمة الاستئناف بمدينة مراكش، اليوم الأربعاء 06 يناير 2021، تأخير البث في قضية دنيا باطمة ومن معها في ملف « حمزة مون بيبي »، إلى غاية جلسة يوم 13 يناير الجاري.
وكانت الغرفة الجنحية التأديبية بالمحكمة الإبتدائية بمراكش، قضت الأربعاء 29 يوليوز المنصرم، بإدانة المغنية باطمة بثمانية أشهر سجنا نافذا وغرامة قدرها 10 آلاف درهم، وسنة حبسا نافذا لشقيقتها ابتسام، وبنفس الغرامة المالية، مع الحكم عليهما بأدائهما تعويضا مدنيا قدره 20 ألف درهم للمطالبتين بالحق المدني المغنية سعيدة شرف ومصممة الأزياء سهام بادة المعروفة ب”سلطانة”، فيما أدانت مصممة الأزياء عائشة بعام ونصف حبسا نافذا وغرامة مالية قدرها 10 آلاف درهم، وعشرة أشهر حبسا نافذا في حق صوفيا شكيري مع نفس الغرامة المالية، وذلك بعد متابعتهن على خلفية قضية حساب “حمزة مون بيبي”.
