استمرار عمليات المراقبة بالمؤسسات والمحلات العمومية التي تقدم المشروبات الكحولية

تواصل مصالح الأمن الوطني تدعيم إجراءات التقنين وعمليات المراقبة التي تستهدف المؤسسات والمحلات العمومية التي تقدم المشروبات الكحولية أو الممزوجة بالكحول، وذلك بغرض السهر على التطبيق السليم والحازم للمقتضيات القانونية والتنظيمية ذات الصلة، و الحرص على فرض اجراءات الصحة والسلامة التي تقتضيها حالة الطوارئ الصحية.
وذكر بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني أن عمليات المراقبة التي باشرتها مصالح الأمن الوطني بتنسيق مع السلطات الترابية وإدارة الجمارك والمكتب الوطني للسلامة الصحية للمنتجات الغذائية، مكنت خلال الفترة الممتدة من 12 إلى 15 شتنبر الجاري في كل من الدار البيضاء والرباط وأكادير، من مراقبة 144 مؤسسة ومحل عمومي، وتسجيل 99 مخالفة تتمثل في عدم احترام صنف الرخصة، والغياب غير المبرر للمسير، وعدم احترام التراخيص الضرورية لفئة معينة من المستخدمين، وعدم احترام مسافات التباعد الاجتماعي، فضلا عن عدم ارتداء الكمامة الواقية من طرف الأجراء والمستخدمين، حيث تم استخلاص 20 غرامة صلحية وجزافية بعين المكان بالنسبة للمخالفين.
وأضاف البلاغ أن مصالح الشرطة القضائية فتحت، في مقابل ذلك، أبحاثا تمهيدية تحت إشراف النيابات العامة المختصة، وذلك لتحديد كافة الأفعال المنسوبة لمسيري المحلات التي سجلت فيها المخالفات القانونية المرتكبة.
أما على صعيد مدينة مراكش، يتابع المصدر نفسه، فقد أسفرت عمليات المراقبة التي باشرتها اللجنة المحلية المختلطة المكونة من مصالح الأمن الوطني والسلطة المحلية والجمارك والمكتب الوطني للسلامة الصحية للمنتجات الغذائية، يوم 16 شتنبر الجاري، عن رصد سبع مخالفات في عمليات مراقبة استهدفت عشرين مؤسسة و محلا عموميا.
وأشار البلاغ إلى أن هذه العمليات المنجزة بمدينة مراكش مكنت من حجز 124 قنينة جعة منتهية الصلاحية، و36 قنينة مشروبات كحولية بدون ملصقات ضريبية أو تحمل ملصقات مشكوك فيها، كما قام المكتب الوطني للسلامة الصحية للمنتجات الغذائية بإتلاف مواد وسلع استهلاكية لا تتوفر على معايير السلامة الصحية تم العثور عليها في أربع محلات عمومية.
وخلص إلى أنه في أعقاب عمليات المراقبة المنجزة، قررت السلطات المحلية المختصة إغلاق حانة بإحدى الوحدات الفندقية، لخرقها إجراءات حالة الطوارىء الصحية المعتمدة لمنع تفشي جائحة كورونا المستجد.
