شبهة اختلاس أموال عمومية تقود رئيس جماعة للتوقيف
ذكرت مصادر محلية، أن مصالح المركز الترابي للدرك الملكي بتغزوت بإقليم تنغير، أوقفت مساء أمس الجمعة، الرئيس السابق لجماعة آيت الفرسي، للاشتباه بتورطه في اختلاس أموال عمومية لا تقل عن 100 ألف درهم.
وكان الرئيس السابق لجماعة آيت الفرسي متابعا من طرف الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة الاستئناف بورزازات بتهمة اختلاس أموال عمومية، وصدرت ضده مجموعة من المذكرات القضائية.
وجاء توقيف المعني بالأمر، تنفيذا للدورية الأخيرة التي أصدرها محمد عبد النبوي، رئيس النيابة العامة والوكيل العام لمحكمة النقض، والتي طالب فيها بمحاربة الفساد، وفق مصدر مسؤول.
وتم وضع الموقوف تحت الحراسة النظرية تحت اشراف الوكيل العام للملك بمحكمة الاستئناف بورزازات، في انتظار تقديمه اليوم السبت أمام النيابة العامة المختصة من أجل ما نسب إليه.
