في بيان، استحضرت فيه مستجدات الساحة النقابية، تساءلت النقابة الوطنية للتعليم، العضو في الفيدرالية الديمقراطية للشغل بجهة مراكش أسفي، حول مدى تطبيق معايير الكفاءة في إسناد مناصب المسؤولية ببعض المديريات بالجهة، في ظل تكليفات انتقائية، لا تخدم رؤى التجديد والارتقاء والبناء، بقدر ما تستجيب لمنطق التراضيات والانتماءات القبلية الضيقة، واصفة السياق التعليمي العام بالانحباس، بسبب تعطيل الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين لآليات الحوار والتنسيق والتتبع حول قضايا التدبير والتسيير داخل الجهة، مما أطلق اليد الطولى لبعض الجهات، داخل بعض الأقسام والمديريات والمصالح، في ضرب لمبدأ حيادية المرفق العمومي بسلوكات تصر على العودة إلى عهود عفا عنها الزمن. وهو ما يتنافى ومبادئ المواطنة والحكامة والإنصاف والارتقاء والجودة التي أرستها مشاريع رؤيا الإصلاح من أجل مدرسة جديدة، كما يؤكد منطوق البيان. الذي لم يفته التنديد بمظاهر الاستهتار بملفات نساء ورجال التعليم، وبالانزلاقات الخطيرة في تدبير المرفق العام داخل بعض المصالح ببعض المديريات، من خلال ضياع الوثائق واختفاء القرارات والمراسلات. حيث أعلن دعمه المطلق لمكتبه الإقليمي بأسفي في معركته النضالية، داعيا إلى فتح تحقيق نزيه حول ما تعرفه المديرية الإقليمية هناك من خروقات وتجاوزات خطيرة.
