إيداع قاصر سجن الأوداية لمحاولته تصفية غريم له داخل قاعة للألعاب


أمر قاضي الأحداث بالمحكمة الإبتدائية بامنتانوت،  بإيداع قاصر السجن المحلي الأوداية، وذلك بعد اعتدائه على قاصر آخر بواسطة السلاح الأبيض.

ويتعلق الأمر بقاصر يبلغ من العمر 16 سنة، دخل في نقاش حاد مع زميل له داخل قاعة للألعاب بمركز جماعة امزوضة بإقليم شيشاوة، وذلك قبل أن ينقلب الأمر إلى تشابك بالأيدي، ثم إلى الاستعانة بسكين حاد، عمد واحد منهما إلى غرسه في مناطق مختلفة من جسد الضحية البالغ من العمر حوالي 14 سنة.

هذا، وعلى اثر ذلك، تم نقل المعتدى عليه نحو مستعجلات المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي بمراكش لتلقي العلاجات الضرورية، حيث حصل على شهادة طبية مدة العجز فيها 60 يوما، والتي تم بها تعزيز الشكاية  التي قدمت ضد المعتدي لدى مصالح درك سرية مجاط، الذين قاموا بإيقاف المعني بالأمر، ثم إحالته على النيابة العامة التي استمعت إليه تفصيليا، حيث اعترف بالمنسوب إليه، وبكونه وجه لصديقه القاصر طعنات غارة على مستوى اليد اليسرى والكتف بعدما تعرض بدوره للتعنيف.
