واستغربت الساكنة في مراسلتها لعدم تنفيذ القرار الولائي من طرف قائد الملحقة الإدارية سيدي يوسف بن علي الوسطى، رغم إصداره بتاريخ 26/02/2019 بعد إيفاد لجنة ولائية عقب توصل الوالي بمراسلة بتاريخ 2 يوليوز من طرف الساكنة، التي طالبت آنذاك بالتدخل، وهو ما لقي تجاوبا سريعا من كريم قسي لحلو، الذي أفاد لجنة، جاء في تقريرها أنه تم فتح باب إضافي خلفي مخالفا لقانون التعمير و الأنظمة القانونية، و معاكسا للتصميم المرخص به من لدن مصالح مقاطعة سيبيع.
