عفو ملكي يشمل 350 سجينا بمناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك


بمناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك لهذه السنة 1440 هجرية 2019 ميلادية، أصدر جلالة الملك محمد السادس أمره السامي المطاع بالعفو على مجموعة من الأشخاص منهم المعتقلين ومنهم الموجودين في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة الشريفة وعددهم 350 شخصا وهم كالآتي:               

المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة اعتقال وعددهم 315 سجينا موزعين على النحو التالي :

 – التخفيض من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة : 315 نزيلا المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة سراح وعددهم 35 شخصا موزعين كالتالي : – العفو من العقوبة الحبسية أو مما تبقى منها لفائدة : 16 شخصا – العفو من عقوبتي الحبس والغرامة لفائدة : 01 شخص واحد – العفو من الغرامة لفائدة : 18 شخصا المجموع العام : 350 أبقى الله سيدنا المنصور بالله ذخرا وملاذا لهذه الأمة، ومنبعا للرأفة والرحمة، وأعاد أمثال هذا العيد على جلالته بالنصر والتمكين وأقر عينه بولي العهد صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الجليل مولاي الحسن وجميع أفراد الأسرة الملكية الشريفة إنه سميع مجيب والسلام".
