فاعلون بالحوز لمراكش7: تسخير المروحيات لإنقاذ الأجانب في المقابل هناك تقصير في حق سكان الاقليم
خلقت فاجعة فيضانات "اجوكاك" بالحوز، جدلا كبيرا في صفوف المجتمع المدني بالاقليم، والذي نقل نقاشاته الى موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "فيسبوك،" اٍذ اكد أن التدخل الأمني الذي يحظى به الأجانب باٍقليم الحوز، حينما يتعلق الأمر بحادثة في مجال معين، ويستلزم إنقاذهم، عكس التدخل الذي يتلقاه سكان الاقليم.
وتحاول الفرق الاقليمية المتخصصة في الإنقاذ، انتشال سيارة لنقل المسافرين من تحت الانقاض، بالاعتماد على اليات ضخمة، وعدد من سيارات الاسعاف التي تم وضعها رهن الاشارة، غير أن طول عملية البحث، خلقت استياء عارما في صفوف أسر الضحايا الذين بلغ عددهم أزيد من 16 شخصا ( في انتظار الكشف عن حصيلة رسمية)، حيث أكدوا في تصريحات متطابقة، أن عملية البحث تتطلب اليات أكثر تطورا، عكس الجرافات التي تم استعمالها، والتي اصيب بعضها بالتلف، خلال عملية التنقيب عن السيارة المطمورة، والمسافرين المحتملين.
وتعاطف المجتمع المدني مع اسر الضحايا الذين ينحدرون من اٍقليم تارودانت، وطالبوا بضرورة تسخير ما يكفي من الاليات المتطورة لانتشال ضحايا الفيضانات بمنطقة اجوكاك.
وفي سياق متصل، فاٍن جميع الأجهزة الأمنية مطالبة بتسخير جميع وسائلها المتطورة من أجل انتشال السيارة في أقرب وقت ممكن، ومن بين هذه الأجهزة التي تتوفر على اليات جد متطورة.
وكان المجتمع المدني بالحوز، قد تابع عمليات نوعية في اٍنقاذ سياح أجانب علقوا لأيام في جبل توبقال، وفي مناطق أخرى، حيث تم تسخير اليات ومروحيات مكنت من انقاذهم من خلال تدخل فوري، الأمر جعل رواد "فيسبوك" يتساءلون عن مصير السكان أمام ما وصفوه بضعف "الاهتمام."
