خصوصية آيفون مخترقة.. والتطبيقات في دائرة الاتهام
كشفت صحيفة "وول ستريت جورنال"، السبت، أن خصوصية أجهزة آيفون مخترقة، وأن التطبيقات الموجود في متجرها على الإنترنت تلعب دورا كبير في انتهاك هذه الخصوصية.
وكشف اختبار للصحيفة، شمل 80 تطبيقا في متجر تطبيقات أبل، أن معظم التطبيقات تتعقب مستخدميها بطرق لا يمكن تجنبها، حتى لو تم تعطيل بعض خصائص الخصوصية في هواتف أبل الذكية.
ومن بين هذه التطبيقات واحد للأطفال يُدعى Curious World، إذ اتضح أن التطبيق يجمع أعمار مستخدميه وأسمائهم، وغيرها من البيانات، ومن ثم يتم إرسالها إلى شركة فيسبوك.
وقال الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة كوريوس وورلد، أبهي آريا،: "كانت هناك بعض الخصائص التي تمكن الآخرين من اختراق التطبيق، وكانت هذه الميزات ترسل البيانات عن طريق الخطأ".
وأوضح أن هذه المعلومات لم تستخدم من قبل الشركة أو فيسبوك، مشيرا إلى أن الشركة تعمل حاليا على تحديث التطبيق من أجل منع اختراقه مجددا.
وقال متحدث باسم فيسبوك إن تبادل المعلومات التي تعرفها الشركات عن الأطفال دون سن 13 عاما محظور بموجب شروط الخدمة. وأكدت شركة أبل أنها تحقق في قضية الاختراقات.
وترسل بعض التطبيقات بيانات شخصية شركات تعتبر طرفا ثالثا من دون إبلاغ المستخدمين مطلقا بسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم، بينما تستخدم تطبيقات أخرى أساليب تتبع الإعلانات حسب ميول المستخدمين.
كما كشف اختبار صحيفة "وول ستريت جورنال" أن العديد من التطبيقات ترسل معلومات المستخدمين إلى فيسبوك، حتى إذا لم يكونوا قد سجلوا الدخول إلى شبكاتها الاجتماعية.
وتوصل الاختبار إلى أن العديد من التطبيقات ترسل معلومات إلى شركات أخرى، بما في ذلك شركة غوغل ومسوقي الأجهزة المحمولة، لأسباب غير واضحة للمستخدم النهائي.
