تنظم جمعية إتحاد تفروين بالجماعة القروية لالة تكركوست إقليم الحوز مهرجان لالة تكركوست في دورته الاولى يوم السبت 8 يونيو 2019 تحت شعار”الروابط بين الثقافة و ريادة الأعمال”.
و سيتم تنظيم فقرات مهرجان لالة تكركوست بدوار تفروين الدي يزخر بمناطق خلابة، كما ابرزت اللجنة المنظمة و كدا تعدد وثراء التراث غير المادي المحلي.
وتعتمد هذه النسخة الفنية والثقافية والفكرية أيضا على مفهوم “المشاركة والتشارك”، والتي تتجلى في كيفية تقاسم الفن والثقافة لفتح أبواب الخيال، وبناء الاستقلالية والابتكار والنشاط الاقتصادي التضامني.
ويهدف مهرجان لالة تكركوست، إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف يأتي على رأسها التعريف بالمنتوج الثقافي والتربوي لساكنة المنطقة ولمختلف المؤسسات والبنيات الرسمية وهيئات المجتمع بالمنطقة، ودورها في التمكين الثقافي والتربوي لساكنة لالة تكركوست وفي إبراز التراث اللامادي الغني والمتنوع للالة تكركوست، سواء على مستوى الرموز السياحية والعمرانية، أو على مستوى التراث الشفوي والموسيقي والروحي الذي تزخر به المنطقة”.
