عمد حارس أمن خاص تابع لمحل تجاري بشارع يوغوزلافيا بمنطقة جليز مراكش، قبيل لحظات من يومه الاثنين 15 أبريل 2019، إلى الاعتداء على متسول، وذلك بشكل خطير، لم يتمكن معه الأخير من التحرك.
وحسب مصادرنا، فالأمر ابتدأ حين ذهب المتسول المذكور الى المحل المشار إليه أعلاه، يستجدي الزبائن من أجل الاحسان إليه، وهو الشيء الذي دفع بالحارس الى التدخل لطرد المتسول من أمام المحل، لكن الاخير رفض ذلك، ليتطور الأمر الى نقاش حاد، ثم الى مهاجمة المعني بالأمر، الذي سقط أرضا متأثرا بالضرب الذي تلقاه على يد الحارس، وخاصة على مستوى الرأس.
