\ التشرد\ ظاهرة تخدش صورة مراكش السياحية


 

أكثر المشاهد التي يمكن أن تثير انتباهك وانت تقوم بجولة سياحية بالمدينة العتيقة مراكش، من أجل اكتشاف سحر الأخيرة الممتد على قرون، هي صور أجساد تلتحف أغطية مهترئة وتفترش الأرض بين شوارع سياحية، في مشهد يثير الشفقة، ويجعلك تكتشف الوجه الآخر لعاصمة النخيل التي تبوأت مكانة عالمية مهمة من حيث مآثرها وعدد السياح الذين حلوا بها. 
"البرانس" أو ممر شارع مولاي رشيد، واجهة المدينة العتيقة، صباح هذا اليوم كان كئيبا في أعين عدد من الذين مروا به، سياح أجانب ومغاربة، وذلك بعدما صادفوا اثناء تجولهم أجسادا ممدة بجنبات هذا الممر، أجساد متشردين لم يجدوا مكانا يحتمون فيه غير جدران "البرانس"، لدرجة اضطروا ان يبقوا ممدين بجوارها، عل حرارة أسعة الشمس تصل إليهم، لتدفئ ما جمده برد الليلة الماضية. 
هو مشهد وقف عنده اكثر من سائح صباح اليوم، لدرجة ان البعض تساءل عما إذا لا زال هؤلاء أحياء أو فارقوا الحياة بسبب قضائهم ليلة باردة تحت السماء، وعدم وجود أيادي ترأف بهم وتوفر لهم مكانا يحتمون فيه ويشعرون فيه ولو بقليل من الدفئ. 
نفس الشيء يتكرر كل يوم بمجموعة من احياء المدينة العتيقة، حيث ينتشر بها المتسولون الذين يقضون نهارهم في التسول علهم يوفرون ما يقتاتون به، ليبيتوا ليلهم بين جدران تلك الأحياء الى أن ينقشع نور اليوم الموالي، في مسلسل شبيهة حلقاته لكن نهايته لا زالت مجهولة. 
وطالب مجموعة من سكان أحياء الملاح سيدي ايوب والبرانس بالمدينة العتيقة، بضرورة تدخل المسؤولين من أجل الحد من ظاهرة التشرد، التي لا تضر فقط بالذين وجدوا أنفسهم في دوامتها، ولكن حتى بصورة المدينة التي تناشد العالمية.
ومن أجل أن تكون مراكش عالمية بشكل حقيقي، وحسب مهتمين بالشأن المحلي، فعلى مسؤولي الحمراء القضاء على كل الصور التي تخدش صورة مراكش، انطلاقا من ظاهرة التشرد والتسول، اذ لا يعقل أن نحكم بنجاح شيء ما، ومثل هاته الظواهر لا زالت مستمرة في مجتمعنا، وبالتالي على المسؤولين توفير مؤسسات تحمي فئة المتشردين والمتسولين، وخاصة كبار السن الذين لا يمكن اجبارهم على العمل أو أشياء أخرى سوى الاحسان بهم.
