السلطات الولائية تهدم متجرا بجليز رغم حصول صاحبه على رخصة من مقاطعة \ سي كوري\
عملت السلطات الولائية يومه الجمعة 05 أبريل 2019، على هدم متجر على مستوى شارع مولاي عبد الله بمقاطعة جليز مراكش، وذلك بناء على شكاية تقدم بها سانديك العمارة حيث يتواجد هذا المحل.
وحسب الوثائق التي توصل بها موقع مراكش 7، فإن المحل المذكور يمارس أنشطته بمقتضى رخصة مسلمة من طرف مجلس مقاطعة جليز، بالإضافة إلى رخصة لشغل مساحة من الملك العام لأغراض تجارية، وذلك وفق ما ينص عليه القانون.
ولم يشغل صاحب ذاك المتجر تلك المساحة الا بعد حصوله على رخصة مسلمة من طرف رئيس مقاطعة جليز مراكش عبد السلام سي كوري، وذلك بناء على ما ينص عليه القانون، ومحضر معاينة منجز من طرف لجنة مختلطة بتاريخ 20 مارس 2019، وهو ما جعل صاحب هذا المتجر والعاملين فيه يستنكرون قرار هدم هذا المكان، معتبرين إياه قرارا جائرا، وكلف صاحب المشروع الكثير.
وأمام طعن السلطات الولائية في قرار مجلس مقاطعة جليز، فإن ذلك يعني أن هناك إشكالات في الرخص المسلمة لفتح ذاك المحل واستغلال مساحة من الملك العام، وبالتالي على الجهة الثانية ان تتحمل مسؤوليتها، وتعويض صاحب المحل عن الاضرار التي لحقته، أو أن يتم إعادة النظر في قرار الهدم ذاك، وخاصة ان هناك عدة محلات بالشارع المشار إليه أعلاه تستغل مساحات كبيرة من الماك العام، بل وتشتغل حتى الساعات الأخيرة من الليل.
