وجه النائب البرلماني عبد الرحيم واعمرو عن فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة، سؤالا شفويا إلى كاتبة الدولة المكلفة بالتنمية المستدامة، خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين 11 فبراير 2019، وذلك حول انتشار المطارح العشوائية بعدد من الجماعات الترابية بالمملكة.
وأشار واعمرو، إلى أن الفصل 31 من الدستور ينص على حق المغاربة في بيئة سليمة، إلا أن الواقع المعاش، يكشف أن اغلب الجماعات الترابية تفتقر إلى المطارح العمومية المراقبة، مما يتسبب في انتشار مطارح عشوائية تؤثر بشكل سلبي على صحة المواطن والبيئة.
وقدم واعمرو نموذجا من إقليم قلعة السراغنة، حيث ينتشر هذا النوع من المطارح، وبالأخص على مستوى جماعة العطاوية، تملالت، سيدي رحال، ومدينة قلعة السراغنة، مسائلا كاتبة الدولة المكلفة بالتنمية المستدامة، عن الإجراءات والتدابير التي ستتخذها الوزارة من أجل خلق مراكز للفرز والتثمين بتلك المناطق.
وأشار وعمرو، إلى أن المجلس الإقليمي لقلعة السراغنة، قام بانجاز دارسة حول تلك المطارح بالمنطقة، مطالبا الوزارة بالتعجيل بهذا المشروع ، وذلك حتى لا تبقى تلك الدراسة مجرد حبر على ورق.
