غضبة مسؤول قضائي تطال محاميين وموظفا بإستئنافية مراكش

علم موقع مراكش 7، من مصادر خاصة أن قاضي التحقيق بابتدائية مراكش، أمر بتجريد محامية ومحامي بهيئة المحامين بمراكش من جوازات سفرهما واغلاق الحدود في وجههما، وذلك على خلفية متابعتهما في قضية تتعلق بالتزوير.
وحسب ذات المصادر، فقد وضعت المحامية والمحامي كفالة مالية بقيمة 10 الاف درهم بصندوق المحكمة الابتدائية لمراكش، وذلك من أجل متابعتهما في حالة سراح.
وأفادت ذات المصادر، على أن متابعة المذكورين، جاءت على خلفية شكاية تقدم بها مسؤول قضائي بمحكمة الاستئناف منذ أشهر، ضد المذكورين وموظف آخر باستئنافية مراكش، حيث تم تجريده بدوره من منصبه وتعويضه بمنصب آخر أقل منه بمحكمة أخرى بمراكش.
واشارت مصادرنا، الى أن غضبة هذا المسؤول ازاء المحاميين والموظف، جاءت قبل أيام من ترقيته وتعيينه في مدينة أخرى، وذلك بعدما اكتشف أن الذين اشتكى بهم كانوا يعملون في الخفاء على تزوير مساطر في ملفات، وذلك من أجل احالتها على هيئات قضائية معينة، وهو ما احدث زلزالا في محكمة الاستئناف وهيئة المحامين بمراكش.
