وفاة شخص كان تحت تدابير الحراسة النظرية

علم لدى ولاية أمن الدار البيضاء أن شخصا كان موضوعا تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية من أجل الاتجار في المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، قد وافته المنية، صباح الأربعاء 07 نونبر، أثناء نقله إلى المستشفى على متن سيارة الإسعاف بعدما تعرض لأزمة صحية طارئة.
وذكر بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني بأن عناصر الشرطة القضائية بمنطقة أمن درب السلطان الفداء بالدار البيضاء كانت قد أوقفت المشتبه فيه، مساء أول أمس الاثنين، متلبسا بحيازة 1050 قرص مخدر، كما أوضحت عملية تنقيطه بقاعدة البيانات أنه يشكل موضوع بحث من أجل نفس الأفعال الإجرامية، وهو ما استدعى إخضاعه لتدبير الحراسة النظرية على خلفية البحث الذي جرى تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته أنه خلال استيفاء إجراءات انتهاء تدبير الحراسة النظرية من أجل التقديم أمام العدالة، انتابت المشتبه فيه أزمة صحية فتم نقله إلى المستشفى على متن سيارة الإسعاف حيث وافته المنية، وهو ما استوجب الاحتفاظ بجثته رهن التشريح الطبي لتحديد سبب الوفاة، بينما فتحت المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بالدار البيضاء بحثا قضائيا في النازلة تحت إشراف النيابة العامة.
