أسئلة تحاصر رياض مزور بسبب تنامي المتاجر الكبرى الأجنبية داخل الأحياء وتهدد « مول الحانوت » بالاٍفلاس

تفاعل رياض مزوار، وزير الصناعة والتجارة، مع الأسئلة الشفوية الموجهة له من قبل المستشارين البرلمانيين حول حماية المتاجر الصغرى » مول الحانوت » من المنافسة القوية التي قد تجبرهم على الانتدثار.
وأكد الوزير خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفاهية اليوم بمجلس المستشارين، بأن الحكومة تولي أهمية كبيرة لهذه الفئة المهنية التي تقدم خدمات اجتماعية لفائدة المواطنين في مختلف الأحياء بالمدن المغربية.
وأحاط رياض مزور الموضوع بعدد من الإجراءات المتخذة بشأن تنظيم والحفاظ على المتجاسر الصغرى، تنفيذا لمطالب مختلف المنظمات الاجتماعية التي تحمل هذا الهم بتنسيق مع كافة التنظيمات النقابية.
وقال الوزير بأن وزارته اشتعلت مع كافة الشركاء من أجل إيجاد حلول واقعية لمطالب اجتماعية حيوية، ستمكن هذه الفئة من الرقي بمهنة التاجر الصغير « مول الحانوت » والحفاظ على حقوقه، مؤكدا مواصلة الاشتغال على تنزيل 1500 توصية في هذا الباب، اٍذ سجلت مصالح وزارته تنفيذ حوالي أزيد من 70 بالمائة منها، من بينها الورش الملكي الجبائي، والرقمنة ومواكبة 100 شركة ناشئة، وايضا تمويل اتفاقيات شراكة مع مجموعة من الأبناك لتمويل التاجر وتنويع البيع، وحماية « القروض » التي يقدمها التاجر للمواطن.
ومن جانبه، أكدت مستشارة برلمانية، أنه بالإضافة الى توفير المواد الغذائية، فاٍن « مول الحانوت » يلعب دورا مهما تضامنيا لصالح المواطنين في تقديم خدمات مالية بدون فوائد، ما يستدعي التدخل السريع من أجل عقد لقاءات مكثفة لحماية التاجر الصغير من الأزمات التي باتت تهدده بالإفلاس بسبب تنامي المتاجر الكبرى الوطنية والأجنبية داخل الأحياء الشعبية.
