رغم اعتقال أحد المتهمين.. أعمال تخريب تطال ضيعة فلاحية بسيدي عبدالله غيات للمرة الثانية على التوالي

يبدو أن مسلسل تعرض ضيعة فلاحية تقع في النفوذ الترابي بجماعة سيدي عبدالله غيات بإقليم الحوز، لا ينتهي رغم القاء القبض على أحد المتهمين.
وكانت الضيعة الفلاحية قد شهدت الأسبوع الماضي، اٍضرام النار بها من قبل شخصين ظهرا في شريط مصور، وثقته كاميرا المراقبة، وهو ما شكل موضوع بحث من قبل الدرك الملكي بأمر من النيابة العامة المختصة، ما انتهى بتوقيف أحد المتهمين في الموضوع.
وكان صاحب الضيعة الفلاحية، قد وجه فيما سبق شكاية اٍلى وكيل الملك لدى المحكمة الابتدائية بمراكش، يطالب فيها السلطات المسؤولة بضرورة توفير الحماية له بعد تلقيه تهديدات واضحة من حهات يعلمها جيدا، وتوعدته بالتصفية الجسدية بعدما لم يرضخ لمطالبهم.
ورجحت مصادرنا أن تكون هذه الاعتداءات لها علاقة برغبة المتهمين في امتلاك جزء من الأراضي العقارية التي هي في ملكية صاحب الضيعة، وتقع في موقع جغرافي استراتيجي، فيما لم تستبعد جهات أخرى، تدخل ما سمي بـ « مافيا العقار » التي تنشط في المنطقة بغية الاستيلاء على أملاك الدولة، وأملاك خاصة بكل الوسائل، وهو ما يفسره تعرض صاحب الضيعة لمسلسل من الاعتداءات دون توقف.
وكانت السلطات الإقليمية بالحوز، قد واجهت هذه الجهات التي تحاول الاستيلاء على العقارات، وتشجيع البناء العشوائي بها بكل الوسائل القانونية، وهو ما لقي استحسان الساكنة الملية والمنعشين العقاريين.
وارتباطا بذات الموضوع، فقد تعرض صاحب الضيعة الفلاحية الليلة الماضية لاعتداء للمرة الثانية على التوالي، وتمثل في تخريب سياج بأعمدة أسمنتية، الأمر الذي زرع الرعب في نفوس كل العاملين وصاحب الضيعة لتوالي هذه الاعتداءات رغم توقيف أحد المتهمين، ما يعني أن هذا الموضوع ورائه جهات معينة غير محددة ومتورطة في هذا التخريب، الأمر الذي يستدعي تدخل السلطات المختصة لتعميق البحث في الأمر قبل أن يتطور الى ما لايحمد عقباه.
والتمس ضحية الاعتداء من السلطات المختصة ضرورة التفاعل الجدي مع شكاياته، كون حجم الاعتداء على أملاكه بدأ يتطور، مشيرا اٍلى قدرة الجهات الفاعلة على تصفيته مادامت الأمور تسير بهذا الشكل متحدية كافة السلطات، فمن يقف وراء هذه الجهة؟
