أثار النائب البرلماني عبد الرحيم بوعيدة، داخل قبة البرلمان، اليوم الإثنين في جلسة الأسئلة الشفهية بمجلس النواب، حالة لطالب دكتوراه بجامعة القاضي عياض، تحول إلى متسول في شوارع مدينة مراكش، مسائلا وزير العليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، عبد اللطيف الميرواي، حول مدى شفافية المعايير في اختيار تقديم المنح لطلبة الدكتوراه.
واستنكر البرلماني عن دائرة كلميم، عدم تجاوب رئاسة جامعة القاضي عياض مع المراسلات الموجهة في هذا الخصوص والمطالبة بإعطاء توضيحات في قضية الطالب المذكور، مشيرا أن هذا الأمر يعتبر استخفافا بالمؤسسات الدستورية وتنقيصا من قيمة ممثلي الشعب.
من جانبه، أكد الوزير الميراوي، أن إشكالية المنح الجامعية تتطلب تظافر الجهود، مشيرا أن الوزارة تعمل على تخصيص منح إضافية لطلبة الدكتوراه بشراكة مع وزارات أخرى مثل وزارة الانتقال الرقمي ووزارة الصناعة.
