بناء مدارس جماعاتية تضم 80 الف تلميذ في بوادي جهة مراكش أسفي
ساهمت المدارس الجماعاتية في الرقي بالعرض التربوي بالوسط القروي وتجاوز عدد من الإكراهات والتحديات التي تفرضها المنظومة التربوية في المناطق القروية النائية، وذلك عبر تجاوز الفرعيات المشتتة والمتفرقة التي كانت سائدة بين الجبال، والتي كانت تفرض على المتمدرسين قطع مسافات طويلة في رحلات محفوفة بالتقلبات المناخية ووعورة التضاريس.
ودافع شكيب بنموسى، وزير التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة، عن تجربة اٍحداث المدارس الجماعاتية ونجاحها في تجويد العرض التربوي المقدم لتلميذات وتلاميذ الجماعات الترابية المحتضنة لها في مختلف جهات وأقاليم المملكة المغربية، ضمنها جهة مراكش أسفي التي يترقب أن تستفيد من مشاريع مهمة في هذا المجال.
وجاء ذلك خلال مشاركته في أشغال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية بمجلس المستشارين المنعقدة أمس الثلاثاء، اٍذ الوزير أن وزارته تسعى إلى مضاعفة عدد المدارس الجماعاتية.
وأضاف بنموسى أن عدد المدارس الجماعاتية انتقل من 187 مدرسة في موسم 2020 -2021 إلى 306 مدارس حاليا أي بزيادة 119 مدرسة، تضم 80 ألف تلميذا.
وأوضح الوزير بأن الوزارة تتجه لتوسيع العرض في هذا المجال، حيث تمت برمجة 150 مدرسة جماعاية جديدة ممولة من طرف البنك الأوربي للاستثمار، وفي هذا الإطار يتم التركيز على تحويل المدارس الفرعية التي تعاني من اكتظاظ إلى مدارس جماعاتية.
كما أشار إلى أن الوزارة تشتغل على الإطار المرجعي لهذه المدارس عبر إحداث نموذج جديد للحكامة خاص بها، وذلك في إطار القانون المتعلق بالتعليم المدرسي الذي هو حاليا في طور النقاش قبل تقديمه إلى البرلمان للمصادقة عليه.
