بتهمة إصدار وثيقة بإسم المملكة لأغراض تجارية.. »الشيخ سار »مهدد بالمتابعة القانونية
دخل محمد ألمو، محامي بهيئة الرباط وناشط حقوقي، على خط الوثيقة التي سلمت للمكونين خلال الدورة التكوينية التي نضمها المدعو « الشيخ سار « ، وذلك عبر تدوينة على حسابه الرسمي بالفايسبوك ، والتي جاء فيها “اصدار وثيقة باسم المملكة المغربية لأغراض تجارية »، والتي تعتبر جريمة معاقب عليها بمقتضى ظهير 5/10/1970”.
ويتعلق الأمر برخصة قيادة الحياة الزوجية، والتي أطلقها « إلياس الخريسي »، للشباب المقبلين على الزواج ، بمقابل 1000 درهم خلال دورة تكوينية لمدة يوم واحد .
ويذكر أن المدعو « شيخ سار »، كان قد أطلق تطبيق مواعدة حلال، تخصص للتعارف بين الجنسين في سرية تامة، بمقابل 300 درهم للتسجيل، الشيء الذي أشعل فتيل غضب المغاربة الذين اتهموه بالتاجرة بالدين والاحتيال والنصب على الشباب المغاربة ، لتحقيق أرباح مادية.
ويشار أنه قد سبق للمدعو “الشيخ سار” أن أنشأ مجموعة فايسبوكية أسماها “مغاربة ضد الزواج بموظفة”، دعا من خلالها الشباب لتفادي الزواج بالفتيات الموظفات.
