انعقدت بحر الأسبوع الجاري بمدينة مراكش، على مدى يومين، ورشة تكوينية حول موضوع » محاربة الممارسات المنافية لقواعد المنافسة في الصفقات العمومية »، بمشاركة خبراء أمريكيين وقضاة متخصصين في مجال حماية الأسواق الاقتصادية وقضاة النيابة العامة وقضاة الحكم وممثلين عن المجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية والخزينة العامة للمملكة ومجلس المنافسة.
وكان الهدف من هذه الورشة، المنظمة بمبادرة من رئاسة النيابة العامة بشراكة مع برنامج تطوير القانون التجاري بوزارة التجارة الأمريكية، هو بناء قدرات النيابة العامة وممثلي مجلس المنافسة والموظفين المسؤولين عن الصفقات العمومية في الكشف عن الممارسات التواطئية المنافية لمبدأ المنافسة في مجال الصفقات العمومية.
