يواصل نشاط محترفي السرقة عن طريق الخطف، على متن الدراجات النارية صينية الصنع، إثارة الرعب في حي الإنارة بتراب مقاطعة المنارة بمراكش، خاصة بعد تسجيل حالات متعددة في ظرف زمني قصير خلال الآونة الأخيرة، منها حالات تم توثيقها عبر كاميرات المراقبة.

وأكد مواطنون أن هذا النشاط الإجرامي الذي تزايدت حدته مؤخرا رفع من منسوب الشعور بانعدام الأمن والطمأنينة في هذا الحي، بحيث أصبحوا غير قادرين على التجول بأريحية مخافة أن يقعوا ضحايا لأحد هؤلاء اللصوص المدججين غالبا بالأسلحة البيضاء، الأمر الذي يسائل نجاعة الحضور الأمني.

وقد تعالت المطالب من أجل تشديد المراقبة على تحركات الدراجات النارية في حي الإنارة والأحياء المجاورة خاصة في الفترات المسائية، وترتيب الآثار القانونية الصارمة في حق المشتبه فيهم.
