ضحايا الانتهاكات الجسيمة المدمجون في التعليم يشتكون التجاهل والتهميش من المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان
استنكرت لجنة ضحايا الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان المدمجين استثناء بالوظيفة العمومية في قطاع التعليم، عدم تجاوب مجلس حقوق الإنسان مع مطلب عقد لقاء لمناقشة القضايا المتعلقة بأوضاعهم الإدارية والمالية وبالمستقبل الكارثي لهذه الفئة، خاصة المحالين منهم على التقاعد.
واعتبرت اللجنة في بلاغ لها أن المجلس ملزم بالتدخل لدى رئاسة الحكومة ووزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة، باعتباره كان وسيطا ومتحدثا ومدافعا عن الأساتذة المعنيين في قطاع التعليم وقطاعات أخرى.
وأفاد البلاغ أن اللجنة تقدمت بطلب لعقد لقاء مع المجلس بتاريخ 22 دجنبر الماضي وقدمت مذكرة مطلبية قبل ذلك بتاريخ 23 نونبر 2023، لكنها لم تتوصل بأي رد، كما أنه تم رفض استقبال وفد مكون من الأساتذة وأعضاء اللجنة بعد توجههم إلى مقر المجلس يوم 04 يناير الجاري.
وأضاف البلاغ أن المجلس، منذ تفعيل البعض من توصيات الإدماج الاجتماعي لهيئة الإنصاف والمصالحة في سنة 2011، ظل يتعامل مع الضحايا باستخفاف وتجاهل تام لمطالبهم.
