المجلس الجماعي لمراكش يختار شركة مغربية لتنفيذ بناء أشغال مركز تعقيم الكلاب والقطط الضالة

اختار المجلس الجماعي لمدينة مراكش إسناد بناء مركز لتعقيم الكلاب والقطط الضالة بالمدينة الحمراء إلى الشركة المغربية « Alma-Stra » ومقرها في مدينة العيون، مقابل مبلغ قدره 5,5 مليون درهم.

وكانت جماعة مراكش، برئاسة الوزيرة فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري، قد اختارت في يناير الماضي، مجموعة من المهندسين المعماريين المغاربة للقيام بدراسة الأثر البيئي ودراسة تقنية أخرى لمراقبة أشغال بناء هذا المركز، الذي تأخر بعض الشيء عن الجدول الزمني المحدد له، ولكن من شأنه حل إشكالية كبيرة.

وتعد ظاهرة الحيوانات الضالة، وخاصة الكلاب، إحدى الإشكاليات الكبرى في مدينة مراكش، الوجهة السياحية الرائدة في المملكة، والتي عجزت المجالس السابقة في إيجاد حل لها على الرغم من الحملات المتعددة.
