ولم تخبر الجهة  المكلفة بتدبير هذه الخدمة المواطنين مسبقاً بأي انقطاع، كما لم تكشف عن أسبابه، كما أن مصالحها لم تتدخل إلى حدود كتابة هذه الأسطر ، ولم يتم مراعاة درجات الحرارة القياسية التي تشهدها مدينة مراكش ، وهو ما ساهم في إتلاف عدد من السلع لدى مجموعة من التجار كما أن عددا من ا لمواطنين اشتكوا ضياع ما تبقى لديهم من لحوم أضحية العيد ، لتضاف هذه الأضرار إلى جملة من المشاكل والماسي التي يعيش عليها الحي منذ أمد بعيد …
