إدانة سائح فرنسي بالسجن النافذ ل30 سنة بعد قتل طفليه بمراكش

أصدرت الغرفة الجنحية التلبسية لدى محكمة الاستئناف بمراكش أمس الخميس، حكمها في حق السائح الفرنسي الذي تورط في مقتل طفليه، بعدما حقنهما بمادة سامة داخل احدى غرف فندق مصنف بالحي الشتوي.
وقد أدانت محكمة الاستئناف السائح الفرنسي وهو في عقده السابع ب30 سنة سجنا نافذا، بعد متابعته بتهمة القتل العمد، ومحاولة الانتحار عقب تنفيذه لعملية حقن طفيله.
وكانت للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني قد كشفت في بلاغ لها عن تفاصيل الواقعة، التي اهتزت عليها المدينة الحمراء شهر دجنبر من السنة الجارية، بعدما قامت مصالح أمن مراكش مدعومة بتقنيي مسرح الجريمة، على إجراءات معاينة اكتشاف جثتي طفلين قاصرين من جنسية فرنسية، يبلغان من العمر 9 و13 سنة، وهما يحملان آثار حقن بمادة مشبوهة داخل غرفة فندقية، كما تم العثور بالقرب منهما على والدهما الفرنسي المتقاعد من مهنة التمريض وهو في حالة غيبوبة.
ذات المصدر أضاف أنه وحسب المعاينات والخبرات الأولية، فإن جثتي الطفلين الضحيتين لا تحمل أي آثار للعنف أو المقاومة، باستثناء علامة للحقن من الخلف بمادة مشبوهة، كما لم تتم معاينة أية علامات للعنف على مستوى الأب الذي تم نقله للمستشفى ويخضع حاليا للعلاج بقسم العناية المركزة.
ومكنت إجراءات المسح التقني للغرفة الفندقية التي شكلت مسرح هذه الجريمة، من العثور على ورقة مكتوبة بخط اليد، تتضمن دوافع ارتكاب هذه الجريمة والخلفيات الأسرية وراء محاولة الانتحار، وهي الوثيقة التي تخضع حاليا لخبرات تحقيق الخطوط، كما تم العثور أيضا على حقن طبية مستعملة مشبوهة، والتي أحيلت على مختبر الشرطة العلمية والتقنية للكشف عن طبيعتها وتحديد علاقتها بهذه الجريمة.
