وصف المكتب الوطني للنقابة الوطنية للصحة التابعة للكونفدرالية الديمقراطية للشغل الوضع بالقطاع الصحي في مراكش بالمتأزم جداً من جراء التعامل الذي قال إنه “غير المسؤول” و”الممارسات غير المقبولة” لمسؤولي قطاع الصحة الإقليميين والجهويين و”السكوت عن مظاهر التسيب والفوضى والبلطجة والانحياز والكيل بمكيالين”.
وسجل المكتب الوطني للنقابة الوطنية للصحة في بلاغ له توصل “الموقع” بنسخة منه، “غياب أي تدخل رادع من طرف وزارة الصحة لحل المشاكل المطروحة والمتراكمة مند مدة طويلة وتطبيق القانون ووضع حد ل اللاعقاب”.
واعتبرت النقابة أن “المشاكل التي أصبحت مزمنة، قد أدت إلى تفاقم الوضع بعمالة مراكش وتأثير ذلك على الخدمات الصحية الموجهة للمواطنين وجعلهم كرهائن يستعملهم البعض ويقايض بهم من أجل أغراض شخصية لا علاقة لها بمصالح وانتظارات المهنيين”.
ودعا المكتب الوطني للنقابة الوطنية للصحة وزارة الصحة إلى “تحمل مسؤوليتها وإرجاع الأمور إلى نصابها وحل المشاكل المتفاقمة وإنصاف الشغيلة”.
وأعلن أنه “يتبني معركة مناضلي مراكش ويعتبرها معركته ومعركة النقابة الوطنية للصحة”.
