متابعة .. تفاصيل جديدة في قضية بيت ميكري »: سومة الكراء لم تتعدى 500 درهم شهريا
في أول خروج إعلامي لها بعد ضجة صدور الحكم القضائي الذي يطالب بإفراغ عائلة “ميكري” للبيت الذي كانت تستقر به منذ سبعنيات القرن الماضي، قالت إحدى أفرد العائلة المالك للبيت(إبنة الوزير)، أن المشكل ليست له أي علاقة « بقضية إبنة وزير أو غير ذلك كل مافي الأمر هو حكم أصدره القضاء بالافراغ، مضيفة أنه لسنوات « لم نتوصل بالسومة الكرائية » على بساطتها والتى لم تتعدى 500 درهم ».
وأكدت المتحدث أن مالكة المنزل بالفعل هي ابنة وزير سابق والأمر ليس كما يتم تصويره، فقط كون « السيدة هي في أمس الحاجة لمنزلها » وطالبت بحقها في ذلك.
وأوضحت المتحدث ذاتها أن العائلة الفنية المتنازع معها (عائلة ميكري) تمتلك أملاكا وبيوتا وهي ليست في حاجة إلي ذلك المنزل، معددة أماكن تواجد منازل العائلة الفنية معلقة على ذلك « لنا من الدلائل الكافية التى تؤكد ذلك »
وأضافت المتحدث في تصريحها لأحد المنابر الإلكترونية « لقد تم شراء البيت منذ 13 سنة، ولم نستفذ منه إلى اليوم، مطالبة بتفيذ القانون وتنفيذ الحكم القضائي، مضيفة « نحن في حاجة للمنزل.. نحتاج سكن ».
ورفضت العائلة كل تلك الإدعاءات التى تقول أنه تم الحكم لصالحها، موضحة ذلك بقولها أقمنا الدعوة بشكل عادي وأخذت مجراها الطبيعي إلى حين صدور الحكم، كما عبرت عن رفضها للتشهير الذي تعرضوا له ملوحين بأحقيتهم في المتابعة القانونية لما تعرضوا له من تشهير حسب تعبير أحد افراد العائلة المالكة للبيت.
