اعتقال برلماني بتهمة النصب على مؤسسة بنكية في ملايير السنتيمات

فتحت الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية بحثا قضائيا تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، يومه الأحد 09 يناير الجاري، وذلك للتحقق من الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة لنائب برلماني ، يشتبه في تورطه في قضية تتعلق بالتزوير واستعماله.

وقد جرى توقيف المشتبه فيه بناءً على شكاية تقدمت بها مؤسسة بنكية وطنية، تنسب فيها للمعني بالأمر تورطه في تزوير وثائق رسمية وضمانات مالية، واستعمالها في الحصول بشكل تدليسي على قرض مالي.

كما أوضحت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة شبهة تورط المعني بالأمر في الإدلاء بشهادة إيجابية للكشف عن وباء كوفيد-19 مشكوك في صحتها، وذلك لتفادي الخضوع لإجراءات البحث القضائي.

وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث الذي تشرف عليه النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للتحقق من الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة للمعني بالأمر، وتحديد ظروف وملابسات وخلفيات ارتكابها
فجر اليوم الأحد 9 يناير 2022، برلماني عن دائرة إقليم سطات.

وعلم مراكش الإخبارية، من مصادر أمنية، أنه تم اعتقال البرلماني (ب.ص)، بعد مذكرة توقيف وطنية صادرة في حقه، بسبب “شكايات تتعلق بشيكات بدون مؤونة سبق وأن وجهت شكايات بشأنها إلى القضاء من طرف شركات كبرى وأبناك”.

 

وحسب المصادر ذاتها، “حل فجر اليوم الأحد، 20 فردا من عناصر الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية بضيعة البرلماني نواحي مدينة سطات”. ويخضع البرلماني الموقوف، لتدابير الحراسة النظرية، بمقر الفرقة الوطنية بمدينة الدار البيضاء.

 

وحسب مصادر الموقع، “يواجه البرلماني، تهم “تبديد أموال والنصب والاحتيال”، كما كشفت المصادر ذاتها، أن البرلماني حصل بالنصب على ما يفوق 60 مليارا سنتيم، نصفها أموال من مؤسسة بنكية معروفة.

 

يشار إلى أن البرلماني (ب.ص)، سطع اسمه في الانتخابات الأخيرة بدائرة سطات، كواحد من أغنياء الإقليم الذين ترشحوا في الانتخابات، مباشرة بعد مقتل البرلماني عبد اللطيف مرداس في مارس 2017.”.
