قال عمر آيت امبارك، رئيس جماعة أغبار بإقليم الحوز، « اٍن خبر اعتزاله العمل السياسي، لا أساس له من الصحة. »
وجاء تصريح الرئيس لمراكش7 في اتصال هاتفي، عقب تداول خبر في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعية يفيد اعتزال ايت مبارك المنتمي لحزب الأصالة والمعاصرة السياسة بمجرد إنتهاء ولايته الحالية سنة 2021.
وأشار ايت مبارك أنه باق مع حزب الجرار، وسيواصل مسيرته السياسية الى جانب مناضلي الحزب بقيادة عبداللطيف وهبي.
