إعفاء المقاولات المتضررة جراء تداعيات فيروس كورونا المستجد من ذعائر التأخير و الغرامات

أعلن الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي، اليوم الجمعة، عن إعفاء المقاولات المتضررة جراء تداعيات فيروس كورونا المستجد من ذعائر التأخير و الغرامات و صوائر تحصيل الديون المرتبطة بفترة يونيو 2020 و ما قبلها.
وأوضح الصندوق، في بلاغ له، ان هذا الإجراء يستهدف كافة المقاولات المتضررة من جائحة (كوفيد 19)، و المستوفية للشروط المنصوص عليها في المرسوم رقم 2.20.331، مشيرا إلى أنه بإمكانها (ابتداء من 25/09/2020) الاستفادة من مقتضيات القرار الوزاري المشترك رقم 004/2020 القاضي بالإعفاء الكلي من ذعائر التأخير، و الغرامات، و مصاريف تحصيل الديون المرتبطة بفترة يونيو 2020 و ما قبلها.
وأضاف أنه يتعين على المقاولات المتضررة الراغبة في الاستفادة من الإعفاء تسوية أصل الدين، إما عن طريق الأداء الكلي، أو في إطار اتفاق تسهيلات في الأداء يمكن أن تمتد مدته على مدى 60 شهرا حسب معايير محددة، شريطة أداء الاشتراكات الجارية خلال فترة الجدولة.
ونبه الصندوق إلى أنه بإمكان كل المقاولات، المدينة له و التي لا يسري عليها القرار السالف الذكر، الاستفادة من مقتضيات القرار الوزاري المشترك رقم 002/2020 الصادر بتاريخ 01/07/2020، و القاضي بالإعفاء الجزئي من ذعائر التأخير، والغرامات و مصاريف تحصيل الديون المرتبطة بسنة 2016 و ما قبلها، حيث تتراوح نسبة الإعفاء حسب مدة الأداء المختارة مابين 30 و90 في المائة.
و لتبسيط الإجراءات على المقاولات المنخرطة الراغبة في الاستفادة من مضامين أحد القرارين الوزاريين، أحدث الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي بوابة إلكترونية مخصصة لهذا الغرض. ويتوجب على المشغل المنخرط، لتفعيل الاستفادة من أحد هذين الاجرائين، الولوج إلى هذا الفضاء من خلال بوابة ضمانكم أو مباشرة عبر الرابط damancom.ma/recouvrement .
وقد وضع الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي على الموقع الرسمي، و على صفحاته الرسمية بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، شريطا مصورا ودليلا توضيحيا يقدمان شرحا مبسطا للإجراءات الواجب اتباعها لاستعمال أمثل لهذه البوابة.
