الصرف الصحي مأساة ساكنة تسلطانت
اشتكى عدد من المواطنين في تصريحات لموقع مراكش 7، مشكل الصرف الصحي بعدد من دواوير جماعة تسلطانت التابعة لعمالة، مشيرين إلى أنه يتسبب لهم في العديد من الأضرار على رأسها إصابة أبنائهم بأمراض خطيرة.
المجلس الجماعي لتسلطانت بدوره لم يغفل هاته النقطة في الجلسة الأولى للدورة العادية لشهر أكتوبر التي انعقدت يوم أمس الأربعاء، حيث وعد بعقد دورة استثنائية من أجل التداول في هاته النقطة وإيجاد حلول لها في أقرب الآجال.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن المجلس الجماعي لتسلطانت تدارس وصادق في جلسة أمس النقاط الثلاث المدرجة ضمن جدول أعمال هاته الدورة التي ستنعقد جلستها الثانية في العشرين من الشهر الجاري.
وتم خلال جلسة أمس، دراسة مقرر إحداث مكتب حفظ الصحة الجماعي، وكذا التصويت عليه، إلى جانب دراسة مقرر تعديل الهيكل التنظيمي للجماعة والتصويت عليه بالإجماع.
وفيما يخص النقطة الثالثة، فإنها تتعلق بدراسة والتصويت على مقرر تعديل اتفاقية الشراكة ما بين جماعة تسلطانت وجمعية تسلطانت للتنمية والرياضة والثقافة.
أما فيما يتعلق بالنقطتين اللتين ستتم دراستهما في الجلسة الثانية، فإنهما تتعلقان بدراسة برنامج عمل لبرمجة الدعم الممنوح من طرف وزارة الداخلية في إطار برنامج تحسين أداء الجماعات والتصويت عليه، إلى جانب دراسة مشروع ميزانية 2021 والتصويت عليه.
