عبرت عدد من الأسر بحي صوكوما بمدينة مراكش، عن غضبها العارم، بسبب عدم استلامها الى حدود الان الشقق السكنية التي تم اقتنائها في اطار برنامج السكن الاقتصادي.
وأكدت الأسرة المتضررة، والتي بلغ عددها 346 أسرة، حسب نص الشكاية المتوصل بنسخة منها، والتي تم رفعها الى والي جهة مراكش اسفي، كريم قسي لحلو، قصد التدخل العاجل،"أن الشقق السكنية التي تم اقتنائها في اطار برنامج السكن الاقتصادي ضمن عملية "بيت الخير" بتجزئة الحسن الثاني بحي صوكوما، كان من المفترض أن يتم استلامها يوليوز 2019."
وبالرغم من اتمام جميع المساطر الادارية، عزت الأسر المتضررة أسباب عدم استلامها للشقق السكنية الجاهزة، الى عراقيل ادراية حسب الشكاية المتوصل بنسخة منها، الأمر الذي فوت عليهم حق السكن.
وطالبت هذه الفعاليات المدنية من الوالي قسي لحلو التدخل العاجل، لايجاد حلول تمكن هذه الأسر من استلام الشقق السكنية التي تم بنائها في اٍطار قانوني.
