تحديد موعد انطلاق عملية اعادة التوجيه لتلامذة المؤسسات التعليمية الثانوية

أعلنت وزارة التربية الوطنية والتكوين المهني والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي-قطاع التربية الوطنية، أن عملية إعادة التوجيه برسم الدخول التربوي 2020 – 2021، ستنطلق بجميع المؤسسات التعليمية الثانوية، ابتداء من الاثنين 7 شتنبر الجاري وإلى غاية الخميس 17 من الشهر نفسه.
وأوضحت الوزارة، في بلاغ اليوم السبت، أن “عملية إعادة التوجيه برسم الدخول التربوي 2020 – 2021 ستنطلق بجميع المؤسسات التعليمية الثانوية، ابتداء من يوم الاثنين 07 شتنبر 2020، وستستمر إلى غاية يوم الخميس17 شتنبر 2020، وذلك عبر منظومة مسار للتدبير المدرسي، من خلال الرابط: https://massarservice.men.gov.ma/moutamadris/Account”.
وأبرزت الوزارة، حسب المصدر ذاته، أنه يمكن لتلميذات وتلاميذ الجذوع المشتركة والسنتين الأولى والثانية بكالوريا، الذين لم يتمكنوا لسبب من الأسباب من تقديم طلبهم عبر هذا الفضاء، تحميل نسخة ورقية من النموذج المعتمد، والموضوعة رهن إشارتهم بمؤسساتهم الثانوية وعلى موقع الوزارة www.men.gov.ma، وتعبئتها ثم إيداعها لدى الإدارة التربوية لمؤسساتهم، خلال الفترة نفسها.
كما يمكن للراغبين منهم في تدقيق اختياراتهم، يضيف البلاغ، طلب الاستشارة من أطر التوجيه التربوي العاملين بمؤسساتهم، حضوريا أو عن بُعد، وفق الإجراءات المعمول بها بهذا الخصوص.
وسجلت الوزارة أن اعتماد هذا الإجراء الاستثنائي في طلب إعادة التوجيه، والذي يزاوج بين الصيغة الرقمية والورقية، يأتي ضمانا لتكافؤ الفرص بين جميع تلميذات وتلاميذ المستويات المعنية، وكذا مواصلة للإجراءات التدبيرية الاستثنائية للدخول التربوي الحالي، أمام استمرار تفشي جائحة “كوفيد 19″، كما يأتي لضمان حق المتعلمين في تصحيح اختياراتهم الدراسية والتكوينية السابقة في إطار سيرورة بناء مشاريعهم الشخصية.
وذكرت الوزارة بأنها كانت قد اعتمدت، منذ بداية الجائحة، تدابير خاصة في إطار ضمان الاستمرارية البيداغوجية في مجال التوجيه المدرسي والمهني والجامعي، عبر تقديم مجموعة من الأنشطة الإعلامية والخدمات الاستشارية عن بعد، لفائدة التلميذات والتلاميذ، لمساعدتهم على اختيار أنسب المسارات الدراسية والتكوينية، التي تتوافق ومؤهلاتهم وتمكنهم من تحقيق مشاريعهم الشخصية والمستقبلية.
وأشارت إلى أنه يمكن الاطلاع، للمزيد من المعلومات، على المذكرة الوزارية رقم 044×20 الصادرة بتاريخ 4 شتنبر 2020 من خلال البوابة الرسمية للوزارة www.men.gov.ma.
