وحسب مصدر مطلع، فقد تم مداهمة منزل المشتبه فيه من طرف عناصر امن الدائرة الرابعة، وفرقة محاربة المخدرات بولاية امن مراكش، حيث تم الحجز بحوزته على كمية من مخدر الشيرا.
وقد تم اعتقال المشتبه فيه، حيث حرر محضر عملية توقيفه بالدائرة الأمنية الرابعة، ليتم بعدها احالته على مصلحة الشرطة القضائية بولاية امن مراكش، مع وضعه رهن تدابير الحراسة النظرية.
