ربابنة ‘لارام’ مستعدون لتخفيض كتلة أجورهم بقيمة 400 مليون درهم
أعلنت الجمعية المغربية لربابنة الطائرات عن استعداد هؤلاء الربابنة تخفيض كتلة أجورهم بقيمة 400 مليون درهم موزعة على ثلاث سنوات، مساهمة منهم في دعم خطة إنعاش شركة الخطوط الملكية المغربية .
وأوضحت الجمعية في بلاغ لها يتعلق بالاستفتاء المنظم في 31 غشت الماضي غداة تسريح 65 ربانا ، أن “هؤلاء الطيارين يعربون عن دعمهم الكامل لخطة إنعاش شركة الخطوط الملكية المغربية، من خلال مساهمتهم بتخفيض كتلة أجورهم بما يناهز 400 مليون درهم، موزعة على ثلاث سنوات، وتوفير تكلفة الفصل الاقتصادي، المقدرة بنحو 250 مليون درهم “.
وبعد أن أكدت أن فرز أصوات هذا الاستفتاء جرى يوم الأربعاء الماضي بحضور المفوض القضائي الأستاذ بركات ، ذكرت بأن الأمر يتعلق بالاستفتاء حول طلب الطيارين تخفيض رواتبهم في حدود الغلاف المالي الكافي لتغطية كتلة أجور الربابنة المعنيين بالتسريح ، في سبيل إعادة الإدماج الفوري.
وصودق على هذه المقترحات، حسب المصدر ذاته، ب”الأغلبية المطلقة” (نعم) ب308 صوت، مقابل 76 صوت (لا)، وسبع أصوات ملغاة ، وذلك من مجموع الأصوات البالغة 391 مصوت، من إجمالي 469.
وتنص هذه المقترحات أيضا على إبلاغ إدارة الخطوط الملكية المغربية بهذا المقترحات، من أجل بدء الحوار في إطار المساعي والجهود المبذولة لتفادي التسريحات ، وإعادة الإدماج.
كما يتعلق الأمر ب”طلب تدخل الحكومة كوسيط من أجل تحقيق حل عادل، ومتوازن ومتفق عليه يخدم مصلحة الخطوط الملكية المغربية ومستخدميها “.
