قاد كلب بوليسي خفر السواحل اليونانية لأكثر من 100 كيلوغرام من الكوكايين مخبئة في شاحنة متجهة إلى إيطاليا، حسبما قال مسؤولون الجمعة.
وأعلن خفر السواحل أن الاكتشاف حدث الخميس في مرفأ باتراس غرب اليونان، فيما كانت الشاحنة على وشك الصعود على متن عبارة متجهة إلى إيطاليا.
واعتقل رجل يوناني عمره 63 عاما بتهم الاتجار في المخدرات بعد العثور على 105 كيلوغراما من الكوكايين، مخبئة في مائة عبوة بلاستيكية صغيرة، وفقا لما نقلت "أسوشيتد برس" عن خفر السواحل.
وقالت السلطات إن قيمة المخدرات السوقية تبلغ نحو 3 ملايين يورو (3.6 مليون دولار).
