كيف تنشر التجمعات كورونا؟ علماء يجرون دراسة على حفل موسيقي

تُقيم جامعة ألمانية، السبت، سلسلة حفلات لموسيقى البوب في ظل تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد، آملة في أن تتمكن التجربة الجماعية التي تشمل 4 آلاف شخص من تحديد ما إذا أصبح بالإمكان استئناف الأحداث الكبيرة.
ووافق المغني الشهير تيم بيندزكو على إقامة 3 حفلات منفصلة في يوم واحد، في مدينة لايبزيغ الشرقية، ما سمح لباحثين في جامعة هاله المجاورة باختبار وضعيات مختلفة للحفلات.
وسُمح فقط لمتطوّعين شباب وبصحة جيدة بالحضور في محاولة للحدّ من مخاطر العدوى.
ولدى وصول المشاهدين إلى قاعة لايبزيغ أرينا للحفلات، سيتمّ قياس درجة حرارة أجسامهم.
وسيضع جميع المشاركين كمامات من نوع "إف إف بي 2" ذات مستوى الحماية المرتفع، بالإضافة إلى جهاز إلكتروني يسمح برصد تحركاتهم في المكان.
وسيستخدم الباحثون مواد معقمة مضيئة لمعرفة أية أسطح يلمسها بشكل أكبر رواد الحفلات بأيديهم.
وسيرصد العلماء أيضا مسارات جزيئات الهباء الجوي الصغيرة التي يتنفسها الحاضرون ويعتقد الخبراء أنها تلعب دورا في تفشي الفيروس.
وهدف هذه التجارب هو تحديد ما إذا كان بالإمكان السماح باستئناف حفلات وأحداث كبيرة أخرى مع تجنب مخاطر الإصابة بالفيروس.
وسيتمّ إدخال المعطيات التي ستُجمع، السبت، في نموذج رياضي للمساعدة في تقييم مخاطر انتشار المرض في مكان إقامة حفلات كبيرة، مع توقع صدور النتائج في الخريف.
وتُعلق آمال كبيرة على التقرير النهائي إذ إن معظم المنظمين والعاملين في قطاع الترفيه والثقافة عاطلون عن العمل منذ أشهر عدة.
لكن حتى الساعة لا تزال التجمعات الكبيرة محظورة في ألمانيا حتى نوفمبر على الأقل.
وحذّرت المستشارة الألمانية أنغيلا ميركل مؤخرا من أنها لا ترى مجالا لتخفيف القيود المفروضة لاحتواء الوباء، نظرا إلى الارتفاع في عدد الإصابات مؤخراً في البلاد.
وفي الساعات الأربع والعشرين الأخيرة، سُجّلت في ألمانيا ألفي إصابة بالمرض، وهو مستوى غير مسبوق منذ نهاية أبريل خلال ذروة تفشي الوباء.
