الشرطة القضائية تتمكن من عشريني يشتبه تورطه في جريمة قتل بعين ايطي

تمكنت عناصر المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة مراكش، صباح اليوم السبت 22 غشت الجاري، من إيقاف شخص يبلغ من العمر 24 سنة، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطه في قضية تتعلق بالضرب والجرح باستعمال السلاح الأبيض المفضي إلى الموت والسكر العلني البين.
وحسب بلاغ لولاية أمن مراكش، فإن المعطيات الأولية للبحث، تشير إلى أن الضحية دخل في خلاف مع شخصين من معارفه أثناء احتسائهم الكحول بحي "عين إيطي" في الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم السبت، وذلك قبل أن يعمد أحدهما إلى تعريضه لاعتداء جسدي بواسطة السلاح الأبيض، وهو ما تسبب في وفاته بعد نقله إلى المستشفى المحلي بمدينة مراكش.
وقد أسفرت الأبحاث التقنية والتحريات الميدانية المنجزة في هذه القضية، حسب البلاغ، عن تشخيص هوية شخصين يشتبه في تورطهما في ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية، وذلك قبل أن تتمكن عناصر الشرطة من إيقاف واحد منهما وهو في حالة سكر متقدمة.
هذا، وقد تم إيداع المشتبه فيه الموقوف تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث التمهيدي الذي تشرف عليه النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات وخلفيات هذه القضية، فيما لازالت التحريات جارية بغرض توقيف المشتبه فيه الثاني.
