صادق مجلس الحكومة، المنعقد اليوم الأربعاء 12 غشت الجاري، على مشروع مرسوم رقم 2.20.521 لتطبيق أحكام القانون رقم 04.20 المتعلق بالبطاقة الوطنية للتعريف الإلكترونية، وكذا مشروع مرسوم رقم 2.20.572 لتطبيق أحكام المادة الرابعة المكررة من المرسوم بقانون رقم 2.20.292 المتعلق بسن أحكام خاصة بحالة الطوارئ.
ويهدف مشروع مرسوم رقم 2.20.521 إلى تفعيل أحكام القانون رقم 04.20 المتعلق بالبطاقة الوطنية للتعريف الإلكترونية التي تمت الإحالة فيها على النصوص التنظيمية ولاسيما المواد 6 و12 و14 منه.
وفيما يخص مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.20.572، فهو يهدف إلى تبسيط المسطرة المتعلقة بتطبيق العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المرسوم بقانون السالف الذكر.
