أفاد تقرير لبنك المغرب بأن استقرار النظام المالي الوطني لا يثير أية مخاوف خاصة، رغم ظرفية الأزمة الصحية الحالية الناجمة عن جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19).
وأوضح البنك المركزي، في ملحق كوفيد-19 لتقريره حول الاستقرار المالي، الذي نشره بالاشتراك مع هيئة مراقبة التأمينات والاحتياط الاجتماعي، والهيئة المغربية لسوق الرساميل، أنه “إلى غاية اليوم، لم تظهر عملية التتبع التي تم إجراؤها أية مخاوف خاصة بشأن استقرار النظام المالي الوطني”.
وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن أزمة كوفيد-19 وتأثيرها على الاقتصاد الوطني تطلبا تعبئة غير مسبوقة لجميع الفاعلين في القطاعين العام والخاص.
وسجل بنك المغرب أن السلطات العمومية والمالية سعت ، في مرحلة أولى، إلى دعم الاقتصاد الوطني خلال فترة الحجر الصحي من أجل تقليص الخسائر على مستوى الدخل والإنتاج، مع الحرص على الحفاظ على أسس القطاع المالي. وفي هذا الصدد، عززت السلطات المالية تنسيقها من أجل ضمان تتبع مؤشرات المخاطر وتقديم أجوبة ملائمة ومتناسبة.
من جهة أخرى، أشار التقرير إلى أن هدف السلطات، خلال مرحلة الرفع التدريجي للحجر الصحي التي بدأت خلال النصف الثاني من 2020، هو مواكبة النسيج الإنتاجي بعد استئناف نشاطه ومتابعة تطور وضعيته عن قرب، في سياق لا تزال تخيم عليه حالة من عدم اليقين حول تطور الجائحة.
ويتعلق الأمر كذلك بمواصلة رصد المخاطر التي تحدق بالقطاع المالي، ولاسيما في إطار لجنة التنسيق والرقابة على المخاطر الشمولية التي قررت، لهذا الغرض، الإبقاء على الاجتماعات الأسبوعية لممثليها.
