وكتبت الوكالة في شهادة التكريم الذي همّ رياديات، وجامعيات، وإعلاميات، وفاعلات جمعويات، وممثلة عن جمعيات الأشخاص في وضعية الإعاقة وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة: « من فضل الله ونعمه أن سَيَّرَ الرحمة إلى قلوب البشر وأعزَّ بها من اصطفاهم لفعل الخيرات، المُكرَّمات، بإذن الله، عن جليل الأعمال وعظيم الخصال، في خدمة القدس والمقدسيين ».
يأتي هذا التتويج، في سياق تكريس حضور المرأة المقدسية كفاعل محوري في الأسرة والمجتمع الفلسطيني، وتشجيعا لها على مزيد من البذل والعطاء من خلال جعلها في مركز برامج التمكين والمساعدة الاجتماعية، إلى جانب برنامج المبادرات الأهلية للتنمية البشرية، ومنصة « الدلالة » للتجارة الاجتماعية والتضامنية التابعة للوكالة.
