وزارة النقل تعقد اجتماعا للجنة القيادة مع مهنيي النقل السياحي
ترأس وزير النقل واللوجيستيك، محمد عبد الجليل، اجتماعا للجنة القيادة، بحضور الهيئات المهنية الممثلة لقطاع النقل السياحي وعدد من المسؤولين عن القطاع بالوزارة.
وأبرزت الوزارة، في بلاغ، أن هذا الاجتماع، الذي يأتي في إطار مسلسل الحوار والعمل المشترك الذي تنهجه وزارة النقل واللوجيستيك مع مهنيي قطاع النقل الطرقي بالمغرب، مر في جو إيجابي تميز بالثقة المتبادلة والنقاش البناء.
وخلال هذا الاجتماع، الذي انعقد يوم الثلاثاء الماضي، بحسب البلاغ، قدمت الوزارة حصيلة العمل المشترك لسنتي 2022 و2023، خاصة في ما يتعلق بأوراش مراجعة النصوص التنظيمية للقطاع، ورقمنة الخدمات وتبسيط المساطر الإدارية، وتسريع وتيرة معالجة الملفات المعروضة على أنظار لجنة النقل.
وفي ما يتعلق بورش مراجعة النصوص التنظيمية للقطاع، أكدت الوزارة استعدادها لمواصلة العمل بشراكة مع مختلف الفاعلين والهيئات المهنية الممثلة لقطاع النقل السياحي من أجل مناقشة التعديلات المتعلقة بدفتر التحملات الخاص بالقطاع، وكذا القرار الوزاري المتعلق بشروط استغلال المركبات السياحية.
أما في ما يخص رقمنة الخدمات وتبسيط المساطر الادارية، فقد نوهت الوزارة بانخراط جل المهنيين في النظام المعلوماتي للخدمات عن بعد، وسجلت أن أكثر من 90 في المائة منهم يستفيدون من هذا النظام دون اللجوء إلى المصالح المختصة للوزارة، كما عبرت عن إرادتها لتعميم استعمال هذا النظام.
وحرصت الوزارة أيضا على تسريع وتيرة دراسة ومعالجة ملفات النقل السياحي خلال الاجتماعات الأخيرة للجنة، وعبرت عن استعدادها لمواصلة العمل على تبسيط ورقمنة المساطر المتعلقة بلجنة النقل من أجل تسريع وتيرة معالجة الملفات المعروضة عليها.
وقد شكل الاجتماع فرصة لتحديد الأوراش التي ستشكل برنامج العمل المشترك لسنة 2024، والتي تهم على الخصوص، تنزيل البرامج والمشاريع التي توجد في طور الإنجاز منذ سنة 2022، بالإضافة إلى متابعة ورش التعديلات المتعلقة بمدونة السير على الطرق، خاصة مراجعة أوقات السياقة والراحة.
وفي ختام هذا الاجتماع، عبر المهنيون عن ارتياحهم للمنهجية المتبعة وانخراطهم إلى جانب الوزارة في مختلف الأوراش والمبادرات الرامية إلى إصلاح قطاع النقل السياحي والرفع من مهنيته، وكذا مواصلة الحوار والعمل المشترك والمسؤول لإيجاد الحلول الملائمة والمتوافق عليها للقضايا التي يعرفها القطاع.
وخلص هذا اللقاء، حسب البلاغ، إلى مصادقة وتوقيع جميع الهيئات الحاضرة على محضر الاجتماع الذي يلخص حصيلة العمل المشترك والأوراش المحددة لسنة 2024.
