أكد ناصر بوريطة وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، أنه لا يمكن تحقيق السلام والازدهار المشترك في إفريقيا إذا نصبت بعض الدول الأفريقية نفسها، بشكل أحادي ودون أي شرعية، كقادة مفترضين لقارتنا، مضيفا في كلمة اليوم الأحد أمام المؤتمر الوزاري الأول لمنتدى شراكة روسيا-أفريقيا في سوتشي، روسيا، أنه لا يمكن تحقيق السلام والازدهار المشترك في أفريقيا لصالح شعوب منطقتنا، دون احترام صارم لسيادة ووحدة أراضي الدول الأعضاء. ولا يمكن تحقيق ذلك دون احترام قواعد حسن الجوار بين الدول الأفريقية.
وحث بوريطة الشركاء القاريين على التخلي عن نهج الوصاية والرعاية، لأن أفريقيا قادرة على إدارة شؤونها. واعتبر بوريطة أن إفريقيا ليست بحاجة إلى العالم بقدر ما يحتاج العالم إلى إفريقيا، مشيراً إلى أن القارة تتمتع بتراث غني وإمكانيات اقتصادية وديموغرافية واعدة.
وأوضح الوزير أن صوت إفريقيا يجب أن يُسمع ويحترم على الساحة الدولية، معرباً عن تقديره لروسيا على تفهمها لدور القارة وإمكاناتها. وأكد أن السلام والتنمية المشتركة في إفريقيا لا يمكن تحقيقهما إلا باحترام سيادة الدول ووحدة أراضيها، بعيداً عن أي تدخلات خارجية ذات طابع وصائي أو أجندات ذاتية.
وأشار الوزير إلى أهمية تعزيز التعاون في مجالات الأمن الغذائي والطاقة، استعداداً لقمة روسيا-أفريقيا المقبلة. وأضاف أن المغرب، من خلال مبادراته، يدعم الشراكات الفعالة والمشاريع التي تساهم في التنمية البشرية والأمن الغذائي والمناخي.
ودعا بوريطة الى سماع صوت إفريقيا على الساحة الدولية واحترامه. وقال « نحن ممتنون لروسيا على تقديرها لدور قارتنا وإمكاناتها. »
واعتبر بوريطة أن شراكة روسيا-أفريقيا تتمتع بإمكانيات نمو واضحة. وقال انه مع اقتراب قمة روسيا-أفريقيا المقبلة، من المستحسن تركيز تفكيرنا على آفاق التعاون بين أفريقيا وروسيا، خاصة في مجالات الأمن الغذائي والطاقة.
