مشكل اقصاء طلبة كلية الحقوق بمراكش من التسجيل بسلك الدكتورة يصل قبة البرلمان
وصل المشكل القائم مؤخرا داخل كلية العلوم القانونية والاجتماعي والاقتصادية بمراكش، والمتمثل في إقصاء طلبة متفوقين من التسجيل بسلك الدكتوراه بعد نجاحهم في جميع الاختبارات إلى قبة البرلمان.
ووجه البرلماني عبد الرحيم بوعيدة عضو الفريق الاستقلالي للوحدة والتعادلية، سؤالا كتابيا إلى عبد اللطيف ميراوي، وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار بهذا الخصوص، حيث تسائل عن التدابير والإجراءات التي يعتزم اتخاذها لتيسير عملية تسجيل هؤلاء الطلبة بسلك الدكتوراه خصوصاً وأنهم اجتازوا جميع الاختبارات بنجاح.
وكشف النائب البرلماني في سؤاله الكتابي ان “مصالح كلية العلوم القانونية والاجتماعية والإقتصادية التابعة لجامعة القاضي عياض بمراكش بعد نشرها للنتائج النهائية الخاصة بسلك الدكتوراه، أقدمت في خطوة غريبة وغير مفهومة على استدعاء مجموعة من الطلبة الموجودة أسماءهم باللائحة النهائية، ومطالبتهم بسحب ملفاتهم لأن هناك مشكل في التسجيل، علماً أن عملية فرز الملفات كان يمكن القيام بها قبل نشر النتائج النهائية”.
وقد استغرب بوعيدة لكون هؤلاء الطلبة اجتازوا جميع الاختبارات بنجاح، كما تم نشر أسماءهم ضمن اللائحة النهائية بالموقع المخصص لسلك الدكتوراه، لكن لحدود اللحظة لم يتم تسجيلهم ويتم مطالبتهم بسحب ملفاتهم.
