مديرية الفلاحة بمراكش تواصل تنزيل اٍجراءات برنامج دعم المناطق المتضررة من الزلزال بالحوز
تواصل المديرية الإقليمية لوازرة الفلاحة بمراكش، تنزيل الإجراءات المتخذة بشأن دعم المناطق المتضررة من الزلزال على مستوى اٍقليم الحوز.
وكانت المديرية قد أحصت الخسائر المادية التي خلفها الزلزال على مستوى عدة جماعات ترابية لاسيما في دائتي أمزميز و أسني، وعاينت الأضرار على النشاط الفلاحي والبنايات والتجهيزات الهيدروفلاحية والمسالك القروية.
وتقوم المديرية برئاسة مولاي عبدالله المنديلي مرفوقا بطاقم تقني ومسؤولين، بزيارات ميدانية مكثفة لهذه المناطق من أجل الوقوف على إعادة تأهيل وتطوير النشاط الفلاحي الذي يشمل مجالين هما المجال الفلاحي والمجال الغابوي.
ويهم برنامج التدخل ثلاثة محاور، الأول يتعلق بالبنية التحتية الفلاحية، ويعنى بضمان الولوج وفك العزلة عن الضيعات والأراضي الفلاحية عبر استصلاح وإنشاء المسالك الفلاحية القروية وحماية الأراضي الزراعية من الانجراف، عبر بناء الحواجز الصخرية، بالإضافة إلى استصلاح دوائر الري الصغير والمتوسط، واستصلاح السواقي وإنشاء وتجهيز نقط الماء”.، وتوزيع الشعير المجاني على الفلاحين.
أما المحور الثاني المتعلق بالبنية التحتية الاقتصادية الفلاحية، يرتبط أساسا بإعادة تهيئة وبناء وتجهيز وحدات التثمين ومقرات التعاونيات، وإعادة تأهيل وبناء المجازر، وإعادة تأهيل الأسواق الأسبوعية والمحلية، فضلا عن تجهيز وتأهيل الحظائر والإسطبلات وملاجئ الحيوانات.
وعبرت رؤساء جماعات ترابية عن امتناهم الكبير للمديرية لما تقوم به من جهود جبارة من أجل تسريع وثيرة انجاز هذه المشاريع، والتي تم عرضها والوقوف على تفاصيل تحقيقها خلال أشغال اجتماع تم عقده مؤخرا بمقر المديرية بمراكش.
