أعلنت مجموعة الفنادق الفاخرة « سينيزارو »، ومقرها في سنغافورة، عن افتتاح الفندق العاشر ضمن مجموعتها الفندقية في العالم، والذي اختارت أن يكون في مدينة مراكش تحت اسم Riad Elegance.
وخضع الرياض الكائن بحي باب دكالة في المدينة العتيقة لمراكش إلى تجديد كبير في سنة 2020، حيث يتكون من 11 غرفة نوم فاخرة، إلى جانب مرافق أخرى من فئة 5 نجوم، كل ذلك في مبنى يمتد على ثلاثة طوابق ومبني حول ساحتين، وبهندسة مستوحاة من المعمار العربي الأندلسي.
